Order Minimums

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 case per SKU. Most SKUs ship in cases of 12, 18, 24, or 36 units depending on the product (e.g. &honey shampoo: 18 units/case).
• Minimum Order Value (MOV): USD 600. Orders start from a single case per SKU as long as MOV is met.

Wholesale Pricing Approach

Payment Methods

Payment is required in advance for first-time orders. Deferred payment terms (L/C or conditional installment) may be considered for repeat buyers on a case-by-case basis.

• Coverage: Worldwide shipping with export track record to 21+ countries (focus on North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia)
• Customs: We handle Japanese export documentation; buyer is responsible for destination customs unless DDP is agreed

Quote Process

2. Provide: company name, target market/country, products of interest, estimated quantity per SKU.
3. Receive a custom quote with shipping options — typically within 24 business hours.
4. Confirm order, complete payment via bank transfer (or alternate method), and we begin processing your shipment.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every product sold by J-Beauty Wholesale is 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized Japanese distributors. We do not handle parallel imports or counterfeit goods. Original Japanese packaging is shipped by default; English labeling can be arranged for select markets on request. Compliance documentation for country-specific cosmetic import regulations is available upon request.

Terms & Conditions

Damage Claims

Any claim for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and a count of affected items. Seller’s liability is limited exclusively to a refund of the invoiced value of the damaged goods plus their proportionate shipping cost. No further claims, including consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, shall be accepted.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. Seller shall not be liable for any delays or variations due to supply chain conditions or circumstances beyond Seller’s control.
