Payment Methods and Timing: Bank Transfer: Please make payment within 7 days after placing your order. Shipment will be made after payment confirmation.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations: Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for defective products or incorrect shipments. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for an exchange.
